Waking into a dream

2 songs.

1. I was messing around with VST plugins, and the result was this, a cover of Reckoner by Radiohead. None of the instruments were actually played by me. volume levels are a bit messed up though.

2. another drum machine experimentation, entitled warpgut. though not recorded in one take, still entirely recorded on an ipod touch.

both found here: http://www.last.fm/music/Karaidon/Untitled+Album2

a peek at something else.
--------------------------
The sky brightens, the world awakes;
From the sky fall unique snow flakes,
The world stands by to watch,
As Humanity stood by the lake,
Into the water for love’s sake.

New Song

Title: They Haunt Me
By Benedict Lee
Length: 4:20
Genre: Folk Rock

Link: http://www.last.fm/music/Karaidon/They+Haunt+Me

Lyrics:

(Half a league onward,
All in the valley of Death
Rode the six hundred:
'Forward, the Light Brigade!
Charge for the guns' he said:
'Forward, the Light Brigade!'
Was there a man dismay'd ?
Not tho' the soldier knew
Theirs not to make reply,
Theirs not to reason why,
Theirs but to do & die.)

The dead fall down
The dead sleep in my dreams
They haunt me
They haunt me
They haunt me

They pushed my head into the water
Pushed my soul into the drain
Then they tried to lock me away
Tried to blind me so I can't see
Then they rise
Then they rise
Then they rise from their graves
Then they walk away
Then they haunt me
Then they haunt me
Then they haunt me

THE DEAD ARISE

(Not tho' the soldier knew
Theirs not to make reply,
Theirs not to reason why,
Theirs but to do & die,
Into the valley of Death.)

Note: This song samples from The Charge of the Light Brigade by Lord Alfred Tennyson, recorded onto Edison Wax Cylinder in 1890. As the recording was published before 1923, it is in the public domain.
